CLOSED: Happy Birthday to Sara The Savvy Shopper! (And a Giveaway!)


WOW! Can you believe it? Sara the Savvy Shopper is turning a YEAR old tomorrow! On March 2, 2009 I tentatively typed out a few posts on a new blog and hoped that maybe a few of my friends would read it. I really did not know what I was doing, quite honestly. But a year later I am so happy to have a nice following of people who are reading this blog and hopefully saving a few bucks because of it! I want to say thank you to each and every one of you for reading, commenting, subscribing, sending me ideas for posts or reports on your deals, and for encouraging me along the way. I feel like I have developed my little niche in the blogging world and I hope you enjoy the deals you see here and that you benefit from them. As always, I LOVE feedback and suggestions, so don't hesitate to comment or email me!



So, to celebrate, Sara the Savvy Shopper wants to give a present to YOU! A new giveaway! I will be giving away one DVD copy of "The Princess and the Frog!" No, it's not yet out on DVD, but it comes out on March 16th and I have preordered a copy on Amazon that will be shipping out straight to one lucky reader!


You have a few ways to enter this contest. First, anyone can enter by leaving a comment on this post. Then, you can get up to 4 bonus entries:


*Subscribe to Sara the Savvy Shopper either by signing up for my daily emails or reading on an RSS feed. (Both links are on the top left side of the blog). Current subscribers are eligible, too!


*Post about this giveaway on your blog, Facebook page, Twitter, etc. Leave a link in your comment.


*Join the Sara the Savvy Shopper Facebook Group here. Current members are eligible, too!


*Tell your friends! Send an email or tell a few of your friends about my blog...word of mouth is the best way to grow my blog, so I would love it if you all did this!

    When she got snow white for her birthday in october she became rather enamored with the trailer for this movie. I was going to take her to see it in the theater but she was barely 2 and I wasnt' sure she could handle the whole movie.

    now i know she can handle a whole movie...so next time a good wittle girl movie comes out - i'll take her to that ;)
