The Best Kind of Super Savings!

So, check out the photo above and guess how much all of that stuff cost...

It was all FREE!!!!! Seriously...I got everything in the photo above for FREE this week! Here is how I did it:

CVS

Viologie/Fruitopia: Buy One Get One Free, $3.99 each
-2 $2/1 coupons from CVS Reinventing Beauty magazine (or from the free inserts that some stores set out).
=2 for FREE
**These coupons are ONE per customer, but you can mix/match the Viologie/Fruitopia for the BOGO deal, allowing you to use 2 coupons (one for Viologie, one for Fruitopia). I had get these in 3 separate transactions.

Sunscreen: $1.99 each (clearance for 75% off)
-2 $2/1 CVS coupons (printed from the coupon machine)
=FREE

Tone Bar Soap: $1.89, get $1 in ECB
-$1/1 printable coupon
=FREE plus overage after coupon and ECB

Revlon: $3.99, get $3 in ECB
-$1/1 coupons from 9/13 Smart Source
=FREE after coupon and ECB
(The first CVS I tried would not allow the Revlon coupon b/c it didn't have a photo of nail polish on it, even though it said any color cosmetic. The second CVS allowed it, though...your results may vary)

Colgate 360 Toothbrush: $2.99, get $2 back in ECB
-$1/1 printable coupon
=FREE after coupon/ECB

Walgreens

Rimmel Mascara: Buy one/Get one free
-Buy one/Get one free coupon from Oct. All You magazine
=BOTH for FREE after sale/coupon

Trident Layers Gum: $.99 each, buy 2 and get $1 back in Register Rewards
-2 $.75/1 printable coupons
=FREE plus overage after coupons/RRs

Glade Fragrance Collection Candle: $3.99 (sale price)
-$3.50/1 printable coupon
-$1.00 RR from previous transaction (I had to add a "filler" item..got some candy corn!)
=FREE plus overage after coupons

Target

Pop Tarts Cinnamon Sugar with Fiber: $1.29 each
-2 $1/1 Target printable coupon
-$2/2 Fiber added GM products coupon from 8/30 Smart Source
=FREE plus overage after coupons
(I hadn't been able to find these until this week at my store)

Not pictured, but still FREE:

Crystal Light on the Go packets (3 packs): CLEARANCE for $.68/ea. (Or $1 if they aren't on clearance at your store)
-$2/2 coupon from the 9/13 Smart Source
=FREE, plus overage of $.32 each (I bought 4, used 2 coupons, and got $1.27 in overage!)
**These are now $.48 each!

All of this stuff would have cost $59.33 without coupons!! And even more than that if you factor in all of the sale prices. 100% savings!!!!

  2. That Revlon coupon beeped for me too. She said I couldn't use it. I said "I got a Revlon product and it is a color (blue) - the coupon says any Revlon color product" She pushed it through. Great job on your deals!
